近期调试flash API的库函数，已经将F021_API_CortexR4_LE_V3D16_NDS.lib添加到工程中，如下图所示：
编译工程时提示错误报警16004，具体如下：
#16004-D file "../lib/F021_API_CortexR4_LE_V3D16.lib<FlashStateMachine.FsmDoneEvent.obj>" has a Tag_PCS_config attribute value of "1" that is different than one previously seen ("0");
